Preparation:
First, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, then mix a third of the garlic cloves with some olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake the mixture for an hour and a half, then leave it to cool down. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pot along with some olive oil, then stew the onions in it for about 10 minutes. Squeeze the cooled garlic to remove the excess oil and add it to the onions, then mix all the ingredients well and add the chicken soup and herbs.
